Needs analysis of employees of different educational levels in the function of creating an adequate motivation system in tourism industry organizations
Abstract
The subject of this research is an empirical examination of the needs of employees of different educational levels (according to Alderfer's three-factor model, i.e. ERG theory). The purpose of this research is to determine existence or absence of necessity of differential approach to motivate employees in tourism (which are divided based on above mentioned criterion), as well as to offer exact base for formulation of strategy of differential approach to motivation of employees. This research was conducted during 2012 in a five-star hotel 'Izvor', situated in Aranđelovac, as well as in six travel agencies from Belgrade (Spirit travel, DC travel, Eurojet travel, TA 'Lasta', Travel House, which are small organizations with 10 to 15 employees, which are included in a unique group).
