Analysis on the construction path of Shennongjia National Park System Pilot Area

Abstract

Since Shennongjia National Park became the China National Park System Pilot Area in May 2016, it has actively explored the management system, operation mechanism, policy guarantee, ecological protection and restoration, natural resources supervision, community coordinated development, exchange and cooperation, and science popularization development. It has accumulated rich experiences in national park construction. This paper has overviewed and summarized the progress and achievements of Shennongjia National Park System Pilot Area from the above aspects, so as to provide reference for promoting the authenticity and integrity protection of national parks, and providing reference for the establishment of national park system in China.
