Abstract

Le contact quotidien avec les PME-PMI nous amène à penser que des intermédiaires expérimentés sont indispensables pour permettre à ces sociétés d'accéder aux nouveaux outils documentaires. Daily contact with small and middle size enterprises makes us think that skilful intermediaries are necessary to help these companies in accessing to the new information tools.
