VITALIDAD DEL rromané MEDIDA DE ACUERDO A PARÁMETROS FONOLÓGICOS: DISEÑO DE UN INSTRUMENTO Y RESULTADOS DE UNA PRIMERA APLICACIÓN
Abstract
El tema en que se centra este trabajo es la lengua hablada por los gitanos de Chile: el rromané jorajané. Específicamente, presentamos aquí un instrumento que, estimamos, permite determinar el grado de influencia de la fonología del español en la fonología del rromané hablado por preadolescentes gitanos y, a partir de este dato, da cuenta del estado actual y proyecciones del bilingüismo castellano-rromané. Además, presentamos la aplicación de esta propuesta a una gitana preadolescente, nómade, residente temporalmente en un campamento gitano de Lirquén, Octava Región, Chile.This work is focused on the language spoken by the Gypsies from Chile: Romani jorajané. Specifically, we present in this article a stool which let us know the level of influence of the Spanish phonology in the Romani phonology spoken by gipsy teenagers, and based on this information, to demonstrate the current condition and implications of the Spanish - Romani bilingualism. In addition, we present the application of this proposal to a nomad gipsy teenager, who lives in a gipsy squatter village in Lirquén, Octava Region, Chile.
