Optical properties of low-dimensional structures, containing CuInSeTe nanoparticleS

Abstract

The concentration dependence of optical properties of the glasses, containing nanoparticles of solid solution CuInSeTe, is studied. Influence of additional heat treatment on spectral properties is established. The difference in the spectra is explained from the standpoint of transformation of crystalline lattices.
