Legal Challenges of Biometric Identity Systems in Law Enforcement of Recognition Policy (Voice): A Case Study of Siip in Europe

Abstract

Today, voice Identification technology is developing as one of the modern techniques, which has a unique application in identifying the identity of people in the form of recorded voice. This method can be used in courts and tribunals, not only to convict people but also as a definite proof to prove the innocence of accused persons. In this approach, "identity recognition" is tested through face painting and the sound vibration diagram method of human voices.
