Progressive non-infectious anterior vertebrae fusion, Copenhagen Syndrome, is a rare clinical condition that is characterized by thoracalomber kifosis and inabilty to move in early childhood. Neurologic abnormalities are observed rarely. This syndrome must be differed from Scheurmann disease. In this article is presented an example of Copeman Syndrome -a patient with 24 years old -with cervical and lomber involvement.
