The article deals with the problem of management of innovation development strategy of metallurgical enterprises at the present stage.Purpose: to develop innovative strategies to improve the technology of hardening of metallurgical equipment spare parts.Methodology of work: improving the management of innovative-investment activities at the plant; the formation of a long-term, balanced and coherent strategy for the development of the plant.Results: using innovative strategies to improve the performance of the major metallurgical units to 1.5-2%, reduce production costs to 10.57 rub /t. and get the total economic effect 49 481 700 rub per year.Practical implications: It is recommended that you use to reduce the rate of coke in the ŽRČ charge on pig iron, reduction of steel on 1 ton of finished steel at the metallurgical enterprises.Purchase on Elibrary.ru > Buy now
