Assocation of the larynx carsinom and laryngocele
Abstract
Laryngocele is a lesion being filled dilatation of laryngeal ventricle saccule with air or herniation seen rarely for the larynx. In about 16% of the cases with the diagnosis of laryngocele, squamous cell carcinome accompanies. In larynx cancers, one of the most important factors determining the prognosis being neck metastatis can be confused with infected laryngocele. 60-years old case referred with the diagnosis of mass in the neck and larynx ca was presented and discussed.
