The prevalence of seasonal allergic rhinitis with/without bronchial asthma in sensitized patients depends on many environmental factors: climatic and geographical location of the region, exposure to pollen, co-morbid diseases, etc. Study of local features of Respiratory Allergy is important for the planning of prevention and proper pharmacotherapy. In the whole world, patients are prescribed intranasal glucocorticosteroid medications (budesonide, mometasone, fluticasone propionate, etc.). In moderate or severe form of allergic rhinitis, and prevalence of stuffiness in nose, intranasal corticosteroids are the drugs of the first line of treatment.
