Penile Papulonecrotic Tuberculide
Abstract
A 38 year old male presented with an eight year history of recurrent popular eruptions followed by ulceration and scarring on glans penis. Based on histopathological examination, a diagnosis of papulonecrotic tuberculide was made. The lesions regressed after one month of antitubercular multidrug therapy and there was no recurrence of lesions since five months of further antitubercular treatment.
