Measuring the Capacity to Utilize Urban Development Stimulants in Regeneration of distressed urban fabric (Case study: Shahjogh neighborhood of Semnan)

Abstract

Today, many cities in the country face problems like problems of the distressed urban fabric, various solutions have been proposed by experts and theorists in order to solve the problems. Among them, we can refer to regeneration. One of the new approaches to regeneration is the use of development incentives. In this regard, the main objective of this research is to identify the various types of urban development stimuli and their impact on the regeneration of the distressed urban fabric, the Shahjogh neighborhood of Semnan. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-analytical method. Investigating the related studies, the research indicators were developed in three macro, small and medium scale (16 indicators).
