Kenteng Makmur Farmer Group is a group that raises beef cattle as the source of organic fertilizer. This farmer group has only raised cattle for one year, so there are still many improper maintenance practices including health management. Health problems is important to maintain the productivity of the cattle and reduce the risk of zoonotic diseases transfer to human. This program aimed to increase farmer’s knowledge regarding beef cattle health management and zoonotic diseases. This activity was carried out at the Kenteng Makmur Farmer Group, Kenteng, Puntukrejo, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar. The implementation of this service consisted of socialization on beef cattle health management and zoonotic disease, and a fecal examination to evaluate the parasitic infestation. Farmer’s knowledge was evaluated through pre-test and post-test results that were analyzed descriptively. Fecal was examined using native and flotation methods with a total of 6 samples. Based on the results, there was an increase in farmers’ knowledge regarding beef cattle health management and zoonotic diseases as indicated by an increase in the post-test score (90.3) compared to the pre-test score (52.7). Based on fecal examination, there was one sample containing Toxocara vitulorum eggs. It can be concluded that this service increases the farmer’s knowledge about health management and zoonotic diseases up to 71% and there was a positive result in parasitic cases evaluation. It is suggested to repeat the deworming program a month after the first dose.
