THE TRANSITION IN RUSSIA: THEORY AND PRACTICE OF FORMATION OF MARKET ECONOMY

Abstract

In article the author considers a theme connected with an economic situation of Russia in transition from a planned economy to the market. The author notices, that on scale and complexity of solved problems process of the reforms which are carried out in the Russian Federation, has not equal. At the same time economic transformations should be spent in the extremely adverse conditions.
