This arti cle is a joint discussion between two teachers - a PhD student and supervisor - inorder to discuss the paradigm of complexity and its possibiliti es for the educati on of a bett er human being. Complex and necessary exercise of human experience and academic dialogue. Thus, the goal is to discuss approaches to working with the human, social and parti cularly with the teaching, trying to rescue the producti on of meaning between learning and teaching. Nevertheless, we face a society characterized by pluralism of ideas and the complexity of social practi ces and knowledge with her and she produced. Thus, it is critical that we teachers in noti cing that there must be a change of look and feel. In summary, for an educati on in present-future ethical and human nati ons need to invest in developing human being in its multi dimensionality personal, cultural and professional, where the humanity of their acti ons have the capacity to promote solidarity, social practi ce and citi zen.
