Abstract

This article explores the current state of the investment climate in the country, is a comparative analysis of the main characteristics of the level achieved in the Western countries. In addition to addressing Federal organizational and economic obstacles to the large-scale flow of foreign investments, focuses on additional complexities arising at the regional level, most of them in need of subsidies. In addition, examines the State of and the prospects for the impact on the investment climate of social factors, including the nature of human capital.
