A dignidade da pessoa humana no direito comparado e na Constituição Federal de 1988
Abstract
In this study we dealt with the Principle of Human Dignity under the transnational focus of discourse and how it was gradually, within an appropriate timeline, positivism in comparative law, especially after World War II, either express or implied, in their constitutions. In addition, there was the approach of several justices of the Constitutional Courts abroad, which contributed, certainly, for the strengthening and implementation of the idea of human dignity, until we get to its establishment as a fundamental principle of the Brazilian nation, the Constitution of 1988.
