Abstract

Perforation and fracture of roots are characterized by well-known clinical picture. Strengthening the non-removable prosthesis with elements located intracanal changes the strength characteristics of the abutment teeth. Particularly detrimental effect on the biophysical properties of the «root of the tooth - intracanal element of» lack of alignment. Prolonged operation in this state leads to a fragmentation of the use of asymptomatic roots. Computer technologies allow to optimize the diagnosis of asymptomatic fragmentation
