英国国家卒中临床指南2023版要点及解读——出血性卒中 Interpretation of the Keypoints and Updates on National Clinical Guideline for Stroke for the United Kingdom and Ireland (Edition 2023) —Hemorrhagic Stroke

Abstract

出血性卒中主要有脑出血和蛛网膜下腔出血两类。出血性卒中虽然发病率低于缺血性卒中，但往往发病更急，症状更重，且预后更差。更重要的是，目前针对出血性卒中，特别是脑出血的有效干预措施欠缺。因此，出血性卒中指南的更新也受到了很大关注。本文对英国国家卒中临床指南2023版中出血性卒中部分的推荐要点进行解读。 Abstract: Hemorrhagic stroke mainly includes intracerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid haemorrhage. Although the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke is lower than that of ischemic stroke, the onset is more rapid, the symptoms are more severe, and the prognosis is worse. More importantly, few medical interventions proved efficacy for hemorrhagic stroke, especially intracerebral hemorrhage. Therefore, the updates of hemorrhagic stroke guidelines have drawn much attention. This paper will interpret the updated points of hemorrhagic stroke of the 2023 edition of the national clinical guideline for stroke for the United Kingdom and Ireland.
