SOURCES OF FORMING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN EDUCATIONAL WORK WITH CADETS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article deals with the process of forming communicative competence among officers for educational work with cadets. There is a hypothesis that conflict level is reduced by forming communicative competence among officers, and communicative competence is regarded as a component of willingness for educational work with cadets of higher educational establishments within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
