In this article we discuss the impact of digital educational technologies on the formation of human capital. In our opinion, digital educational technologies play a significant role in the development and growth of the individual, society and the economy as a whole. They make it possible to improve access to education, increase quality and efficiency, and adapt learning materials and methods to the individual needs of the learner.
