INTRODUCTION: Forklift operators using forklift trucks used in heavy lifting and logistics are subject to some physical risk factors such as vibration and temperature. Vibration and temperature caused by the forklift motor have been determined in this study in which the temperature is increased in the scrotal region and the circulation in the scrotal region is affected at the macro and micro level, causing the operator to affect the sperm production and movement functions in the negative direction. METHODS: The ethical permission required to conduct this scientific inquiry was taken from the Ethics Committee of Istanbul Gedik University. In this study, a total of 140 forklift operators working in different sectors and married in marital status and 140 employees working on the same terms but not forklift operators were evaluated using the SPSS 21.0 package program with chi square independence method RESULTS: When the demographic characteristics of the workers with and without 280 forklift operators in the same number are examined, most of the employees are in the age range of 35-45 years, 60-79 kg in weight, 170-179 cm in length, 25-29,9 kg / But no alcohol, education levels were mostly at primary school level, and hearing loss was not the majority, but forklift operators were mostly working accidents. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: According to the questionnaires and statistical studies, the reproductive health problems of the forklift operators were found to be high (p <0,05) depending on working conditions and demographic characteristics.
