Análisis de aceptación del Sistema de Dinero Electrónico (SDE) frente a los riesgos del mercado económico actual del cantón Milagro, Ecuador

Abstract

In 2015 Ecuador implemented a new and modern payment method that aims to speed up certain commercial operations, in addition to providing a virtual storage medium for cash. To know the implications of this implementation, the analysis of acceptance of Electronic Money System (SDE) against the current Economic Market risks was proposed in Milagro. It was proposed to solve questions such as: What is the incidence of knowledge and risks of BDS as a means of payment in the population? How does the insecurity, the financial inclusion and the lack of information regarding the use of the Electronic Money System affect? Through an analytical, cross-sectional, field and quantitative research, we concluded from the analysis of the surveys of the population of Milagro Ecuador that a small amount of it is willing to use the means of payment and agrees to use it through a Mobile device. The distrust for the little information is evident, exteriorized that the security of the system can be vulnerable, in spite of the tests done by experts.
