Optimizing the Development of National-oriented Types of Tourism Within Cultural Projects on the Example of Event Tourism

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to optimize the development of nationally oriented types of tourism in the context of the cultural projects’ implementation on the example of event tourism. Methods. The main approaches in domestic and foreign literature to the realization of cultural projects through event tourism are analyzed. The main trends in the development of event tourism in Ukraine are described. The expediency of national-oriented types of tourism optimization is substantiated. Results. The main ways of optimizing the development of national-oriented types of tourism in the context of cultural projects are identified. Scientific novelty. The main activities, their forms and the specifics of cultural projects have been systematized, which will allow them to develop more effectively within their nationally oriented types of tourism in Ukraine. Practical importance. Definite recommendations and innovations based on the use of foreign experience to optimize the development of national-oriented tourism in the context of cultural projects on the example of event tourism are offered.
