Children’s media socialization: a theoretical-conceptual approach
Abstract
The purpose of this work is to show the relationship between child socialization, media (media) and education, based on the idea that media socialization does not refer to a mere process of adaptation. The notion of children’s media socialization deepens as a research potential that matters as a conceptual field to sociology and pedagogy. The lines of work proposed at the end of the article are based on a theoretical review on socialization and media socialization.
