Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of tourism training, as one of the most important internal marketing programs, on the job satisfaction of employees in tourism institutions by examining its dimensions—training content, trainer competence, trainee acquisitions, and the training period—on a sample of workers from a group of hotels in Jijel Province. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 63 respondents. The field study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of tourism training, in terms of content, trainer competence, and trainee acquisitions, on the job satisfaction of hotel employees. However, the training period showed no significant impact. The study recommends that hotel institutions adopt a training philosophy as a mechanism to develop and enhance employee skills and acquisitions, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing their efficiency and effectiveness, satisfying their customers, and enhancing their institutions' competitiveness.
