Administração educacional no Brasil: a municipalização do ensino no quadro das ideologias de conveniência
Abstract
This text aims to discuss the increasing implantation of the municipalization of education in the State of S. Paulo. Such process, we think, is inscribed in what we call "convenience ideologies" according wich processes such as decentralization, participation, and communal action must be interpreted. The ideological bias of these processes answer the needs and interests of the dominant political forces in Brazil and expresses the theoretical and practice weakness of the Educational Administration movement as articulator of the Educational Policies.
