Legal regulation of social adaptation process of persons who are serving or have already completed their sentences in the form of restraint or deprivation of freedom for a specified time

Abstract

In the article the evolution of legislation regulating social adaptation of persons who are serving or have already completed their sentences in the form of restraint or deprivation of freedom for a specified time for a period of 1991 – 2012 is considered and measures directed at improvement of this process are analyzed.
