INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL POLICY IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS AND THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: PROBLEM STATEMENT

Abstract

The article develops the theoretical foundations of the organizational and managerial structure of production, which is typical for the new industrial economy. It is expected that the digital transformation of industrial enterprises will gradually shift to the concept of continuous modernization in the face of technological uncertainty, which requires changing existing approaches to training. The task of effective management based on the unity of educational and personnel policies using information and digital technologies is considered important. The article presents systematic theoretical research on the theory and mechanisms of innovative development of educational policy in the context of digital transformation of industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus in the transition to a neo-industrial economy (Industry 4.0), which involves the widespread use of constantly updated digital technologies.
