Key Clinical Message Cervicofacial necrotizing fasciitis (CNF) can occur as a dental complication in young, healthy individuals. Early diagnosis, treatment, and awareness of severe acute cervicofacial pain, rapid swelling, and radiological gas formation are crucial. Broad molecular profiling is recommended for understanding the organisms involved in such infections in future research.
