Abstract

The article deals with the regulation of frequency management in the EU telecommunication market area. First, it points on the place of the issue of distribution and frequency allocation in the EU policy on the telecommunications market. Then it describes the basic rules for managing frequency resources in the EU and finally it discusses the state of advancement in the area of developing com-mon EU rules on the allocation of frequencies.
