Introduction: Looking at how developed country cooperatives are formed, many of these countries have been able to provide food, supply needed labor for industry, conversion and supplement industries, as well as create market for the consumption of manufactured goods, by preventing price increases. Etc. play an essential role. This fact shows more and more attention to the cooperative sector in cooperative development planning for planners. The purpose of this study was to identify long-term sustainability factors in co-operatives covered by the Investment Guarantee Fund in Tehran. In this regard, a qualitative approach was used to identify and formulate the factors affecting the viability of cooperatives and Delphi method was used. The target population of this study is entrepreneurial cooperatives applying for a guarantee in cooperative venture fund. Some CEOs, board members and co-operatives were involved in the elite Delphi process. Results: The Delphi 4 stages were followed and finally the approved Board of Experts with four dimensions and multiple indices related to longevity factors of entrepreneurial firms were formulated.Outcome: These dimensions are: idea, process, environment and factor, each of which has indicators that influence the organization''s longevity.
