Successful experience of liver transplantation at the Samara Center of organ and tissue transplantation (a clinical case)

Abstract

Aim – to summarize the available data on the liver transplantation (LT) case. The work describes the indications and contraindications for LT, examination of a potential recipient before the operation, the maintenance of a waiting list. A clinical case is presented – the first successful liver transplantation in the Samara Center of organ and tissue transplantation.
