About some preconditions of adopting the first written constitutions of the People’s Republic of Tuva

Abstract

Article gives the analysis of some sources of law which affected the development and formation of state-law relations and institutions of the Republic of Tuva, and also the analysis of historical and law processes that preconditioned the adoption of the first written constitutions of Tuva and formation of the independent state is given.
