While the unemployment rate in France is struggling to fall sustainably, new tools for employment orientation have been developed in recent years. Based on digital and numerical technology, where algorithms have gradually replaced job placement counsellors, these dematerialised spaces are supposed to "match", with a single click, the profiles of candidates with the needs of employers. In the extremely competitive world of E-recruitment in which social networks are in the process of supplementing the services of the Pôle Emploi, the Whire start-up offers an innovative alternative with a platform for connecting a network of players who value the individual trajectories of applicants and facilitate meetings with recruiting companies. Original digital and ethical support at the heart of the biographical commitment of the subjects involved in the job search.
