The article discusses the subject of innovation in human resource management. The significance of the subject matter analyzed is due to the fact that a modern organization wishing to build a strong competitive position on the market must be innovative, including in human resource management. The benefits of such a method of management go beyond the possibilities of overcoming competition, also creating opportunities to gain benefits not only for the organization itself, but also its employees. In innovative human resource management, an important role is played by the manager facing new challenges that are often challenging.
