A Análise de Dados na Pesquisa Científica. Importância e desafios em estudos organizacionais

Abstract

The data analysis configurates itself in an important implementation of investigations in Applied Social Sciences,above all in the field studies of Development, Management and Organizations. The objective of this article consists of presenting necessary conceptual elements in order to understand and develop, in a qualified way,research and study in administrative and organizational phenomena. The approach has an eminent theoretical-reflexive character, fundamentally being guided by the specialized literature about methodological research,both qualitative and quantitative, in social sciences. It starts by situating some definitions of science and scientific research. Following to this, it presents aspects that constitute a research design. And finally, it describes the analysis process and interpretation of the data, identifying inherent specificities to the nature of each research.
