Factors affecting employees’ loyalty in Lilama corporation Vietnam
Abstract
The study used quantitative methods and is based on 197 samples collected from 200 employees currently working in the member companies of LilamaCorporation Vietnam in order to identify the factors that affect their loyalty. The model which consists of eight elements proposed based on the scale of the researchers at home and abroad has been revised to suit the actual conditions of Lilama. Research results have shown that there are six components that affect the employee's loyalty to the organization: incentive policy, collaboration, empowerment, corporate culture, organization support, and organization brand name. In particular, remuneration and corporate culture are the key factors affecting the employee's loyalty.
