TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF THE COFFEE YIELD THROUGH ANSWER FUNCTIONS
Abstract
In the work is make a study of the effect of the main factors in the yield of the coffee starting from built answer functions based in the existent information from the technical point of view. Using the cost records, the point of economic equilibrium and the prices of the coffee is developed a study about the possible profit that will obtain by the investigated entity. This study is made using the marginal analysis measuring the economic effect of each factor of the production considered in the answer function and determining the profit of the farmers. Is concluding that the function can be perfectly it uses in order to planning of the production and the distribution of the resources among the factors, being exposed a plan of measures to continue increasing the yields and the profits of the producers.
