Nursing of a patient with breast milk oversupply during breastfeeding treatment with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint (耳穴皮内针治疗1例哺乳期乳汁分泌过多患者的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with breast milk oversupply during breastfeeding treatment with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. Key issues of nursing included nursing assessment and health education about operation method and precautions of intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, intradermal needle at auricular acupoint is effective in relief of breast milk oversupply and establishment of maternal confidence in breastfeeding. (本文总结1例哺乳期乳汁分泌过多患者采用耳穴皮内针干预的护理经验, 包括护理评估、耳穴皮内针操作方法和注意事项以及健康宣教等。基于中医辨证施护理论指导, 采取耳穴皮内针技术, 能够有效缓解患者乳汁过多症状, 帮助患者重拾哺乳信心, 确保母婴健康。)
