P. F. Alioshyn’ Library: the Ways of Formation

Abstract

The article is devoted to the little-known aspect of the life of P. F. Alioshyn, the outstanding Ukrainian architect - to his book collection, that he began to form in the 1900s. Also, the study of creativity of Alexander and Vikentiy Beretti, the architects whose books and drawings are kept in the collection of Alioshyn is closely related to a topic. The investigation is based on the archival materials, some of which are taken into scientific circulation for the first time.
