During current COVID Pandemic era, quantum of influence of employees' involvement towards the strategic implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) in Indian Telecom Industry Limited, India was the main aim of the study. The study was carried out in Indian Telecom industry Limited spread across India. The method for scrutiny was structural Equation model (SEM). The indicators for Employees involvement and strategic implementation of total quality management in the organisation were TMCL-top management commitment/Leadership, ET-Employees training, CI-continual improvement, CIS-communication and information system, WEC-Work environment and culture, EDT-Education and training. From the measurement of fit it was evident that employees’ involvement had no significant influence towards the strategic implementation of Total Quality Management in Indian Telecom Industry Limited, India.
