Développement numérique des espaces ruraux

Abstract

There are many concerns caused by the French policy of digital development of country areas, expressed especially by local authorities. Our study tends to understand these reservations and to show how they question geography as well as on-going scientific projects on the concept of learning territories. It therefore explores the concept of digital local area meant as a space for cultivation of a socio-economy that better integrates online services and users expectations.
