Abstract. Introduction. The informational and communicational technology is the key in foreign language teacher’s career as well as in his/her professional and methodological training especially during their independent work as a part of the master degree. According to the current requirements for foreign language teacher’s training theoretical framework and high quality process of forming future foreign language teachers’ methodological competence are essential in their independent work involving informational and communicational technologies. This has been considered in the theoretically substantiated framework presented in the article. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to consider a theoretically substantiated framework of forming future foreign language teachers’ methodological competence in the process of their independent work. Methods. Comparison and systematical analyses of psychological, pedagogical, methodological scientific sources for defining the state of research of the problem of forming future foreign language teachers’ methodological competence; the research basic points’ specification; synthesis, generalization and conceptualization for forming conceptual ideas of the research; modeling for constructing a model of organizing independent work in forming future foreign language teachers’ methodological competence have been used. Results. The proposed theoretical framework is basic to methodology of forming future foreign language teachers’ methodological competence in the process of their independent work in informational and communicational learning environment according to defined goals, gained methodological knowledge and skills on the peculiarities of forming some components of professionally oriented foreign language competence, while solving methodological tasks in informational and communicational learning environment. Prospective of the further research is studying the peculiarities of forming future foreign language teachers’ methodological competence in all forms of training at university level.
