The method for ice detection on wires of air-lines

Abstract

A new method for ice detection on wires of air-lines, including transmission by wire overhead line sine wave frequency and amplitude stable and fixing the level of the RF signal. We discuss the results of laboratory studies using this method on a model of an overhead power line.
