Strategy for the development of job training in the career Labor Education-Computer

Abstract

The article addresses the importance of job training in the new generations, in particular, for the future graduates of the career in Labor Education-Computer Science. Its objective is to socialize a pedagogical strategy for the development of labor training in the career Education-Computer Science career. Which consists of four stages with their corresponding actions, where coherently articulates the academic, labor, research and university extension activities. We used theoretical and empirical research methods such as: historical-logical, analysis and synthesis, induction-deduction, observation, survey and interview.
