VALUTION OF INTELLECTUAL ACTIVITIES CONTRIBUTION TO THE MODERN RUSSIAN ECONOMY

Abstract

The article deals with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Russian institutional environment at the stage of building new innovation economy. Author analyses informal institutional barriers as a main reason of low competitiveness of the Russian economy within the entrance to the WTO. The crucial role of intellectual property institute in this process is highlighted. The model for valuation of intellectual factors to the regional reproduction is proposed. It can be used for forecasting of gross regional product of Russian regions.
