Hepatogonadal fusion in cryptorchidism

Abstract

Persistence of fetal mesonephric sheath with abnormal attachment of the upper pole of the testis to the inferior border of the liver has been observed during laparoscopy for assessment of an infant with right impalpable testis. Details of the laparoscopic findings are reported and discussed in this article.
