Food surpluses or waste materials may be transformed into new commercial products that aim toward food conservation. It is desirable to investigate the household level of knowledge and attitude towards acceptance of food waste innovations products. A total of 213 returned surveys are analyzed with the descriptive statistical and one-way ANOVA. It shows that knowledge and attitude are the antecedents of the acceptance on food waste innovation products. The findings might help minimize the amount of food waste produced on a daily basis by encouraging consumers and businesses to turn food surpluses or waste into useful items and a source of revenue.
