In this paper， the main influencing factors of zinc streaking defects of hot-dip galvanized strip steel were studied.Aiming at the zinc streaking defects of ultra-thin hot-dip galvanized strip steel below 0.35 mm，the production of zinc streaking defects of ultra-thin hot-dip galvanized strip steel were controlled well by adjusting the furnace area process control， adding online detection equipment for aluminum content，adjusting the target value of zinc pot temperature， optimizing the parameters of air knife process， and other measures， which could meet the production requirements.
